Your sleep comfort matters. After all, sleep medicine research has found links between sleep deprivation and the onset neuropsychiatric disorders, like anxiety and bipolar depression. Getting your 40 winks matters, which means that your sleep comfort is more important than you realized.
Having a good bed that affords a high amount of sleep comfort can not only prevent your health from worsening, but can also improve the overall state of your health. Adjustable beds can provide relief from low back pain, or even swelling of the legs, not to mention poor local blood circulation of the legs.
Proper sleep comfort from an adjustable bed can also prevent edema, which is a medical condition in which the legs and feet swell up from accumulated fluids and become painful. This is because an adjustable allows the sleeper to tilt his or her leg up just enough so that he or she may be able to prevent complications from edema without having to feel stretched or contorted, as other beds might make one feel.
It is reasons like these that show how important it is that you sleep better at night. Everyone could improve their sleep comfort. In fact, approximately 80 to 90 percent of the population suffers from spinal pain at some point, which could be relieved with better sleep comfort. Not to mention the fact that when we sleep, we unconsciously keep changing positions to avoid the pain and tension caused by sleeping in uncomfortable ways.
If you are worried about improving your sleep comfort, feel free to express your concerns and opinions. If you have any tips on ways to get a good night sleep, or advice on any ergonomic beds, feel free to share those as well! Read more blogs like this: www.craftmatic.com

Woah. I had no idea that a lack of sleep could really cause anxiety and depression like that.
Its true, and its a pretty vicious cycle. A lack of sleep causes anxiety, and then you cant go to sleep because youre too anxious so the problem gets worse. Thats what happened to me in college. It was a literal waking nightmare.
